Four companies were fined 3.14 million yuan ($145.2 thousand) for counterfeiting the packaging of TIGI Bed Head from Unilever.

On February 14, Unilever announced that it has sold its beauty and personal care brand Suave in North America to Yellow Wood Partners LLC.

"Unilever delivered a year of strong topline growth in challenging macroeconomic conditions," said departing chief executive Alan Jope.
