Symrise Invests an Israeli Biotech Company Synergio
The investment is aimed at expanding Symrise's cosmetic ingredient portfolio and strengthening its leadership position, Symrise stated.
German flavor and fragrance supplier Symrise has recently entered into a partnership with Israeli biotech company Synergio, acquiring a minority stake in Synergio. The price of the transaction has not yet been disclosed, but Symrise has indicated the possibility of acquiring a majority stake in Synergio in the future.
