Boohoo Group says it is grateful to its current chief executives Bob Holt, Derek and Elizabeth for stabilising the business.

Boohoo, the largest shareholder of Revolution Beauty, has demanded the removal of top executives at the struggling makeup retailer.

Revolution Beauty FY23 H1 revenue reached £75.3 million ($93.6 million), down 4.2%.
