Private equity firm CVC is considering taking German perfume and cosmetics retailer Douglas public on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.

In a filing with the Delaware bankruptcy court, the company listed estimated assets in the range of $500 million to $1 billion.

Henkel is said to have raised its full-year sales forecast for 2023, with the Consumer Brands business unit targeting growth of 3% to 5%.
